Built to Order.
Built to Last.

We don't build from a blank sheet. We start with profiles and materials we trust, then work with you to make it yours. Every custom knife carries the same standard as everything else that leaves this shop: inspected, tested, and built to perform for life.

What Custom Means at Rucker

You'll choose from blade profiles we've already designed, tested, and stood behind, then select the handle material and finish that fits how you carry and use your knife.

The result is a blade built with your preferences in mind, without compromising the standards we hold on every knife we make.

We deliver to our standard. Not Timelines.

Custom orders are accepted in limited monthly batches. We cap intake to protect build quality and ensure every custom knife gets the attention it deserves. When a month's slots are full, they're full.

The best way to stay ahead of availability is to join our email list. Subscribers hear about open custom slots before anyone else.

The knife you've been dreaming of. Built for life. Built the Rucker way.

A custom knife should be more than just a tool. It should carry a story, a purpose, and a connection to the person who uses it.

At Rucker Knives, we work directly with you to design and build a knife that reflects exactly what you need. From blade shape and steel to handle materials and finish, every detail is considered and built with intent. Whether you know precisely what you want or need help shaping the idea, we guide the process from start to finish.

Below the form are examples of previous custom builds to help spark ideas and direction. No two knives are the same, and that is the point.

If you have materials that are personal to you, we can often incorporate them into the build. Wood from a meaningful place, antler from a hunt, or other materials with a story behind them can become part of the knife, assuming they are suitable for use.

This is a collaborative process, built one conversation at a time, resulting in a knife that is truly yours.
